Jeff Beal, an esteemed figure in Atlanta's real estate arena, brings over two decades of local market expertise to his role as the Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Qualifying Broker at The Agency, North Atlanta. With a diverse set of designations, including Certified Foreign Investor Specialist (CFIS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Jeff is also the Co-Founder of SMC Property Holdings, LLC, engaged in commercial real estate development projects. As the intellectual property assets owner of Stables Motor Condos®, he and his partners focus on creating car condo storage solutions for enthusiasts.

 

Jeff's professional journey in real estate started in 1993 and spanned 14 years, during which he held a Certified Real Estate Appraiser license in California, Georgia, and North Carolina. His roles included appraising one-four-unit properties and excelling as a Supervisory Appraiser and mentor.

 

Prior to real estate, Jeff served as an automotive marketing consultant for prestigious brands like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Ferrari, and McLaren, where his passion for cars and motorsports developed.

 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeff actively contributes to the community as the Board Member and Vice-Chair of the Angel Wings Foundation, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of the less fortunate globally.

 

Together with his wife, Cindy "Rodeo" Steedle, a Sr. Estate Agent and business partner at the aforementioned entities, love spending time at their mountain-top cabin in North Georgia with their Weimaraner, Jäger.
