About Andrew Lester

As Managing Director, Andrew oversees growth and strategy for The Agency – North Atlanta. He joins us in Atlanta by way of Beverly Hills. His career began in the luxury hospitality industry in Los Angeles which quickly transformed into a career in luxury real estate with a focus within the platinum triangle of Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, and Holmby Hills. He is an expert in positioning multi-family new developments as well as trophy estates. His new development experience was helmed by leadership at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing which launched the ultra-prime developments of The Edition West Hollywood and 8899 Beverly.

 

His most recent work as being the right-hand to Mr. Rick Hilton, the former Chairman of Hilton and Hyland in Beverly Hills, CA, allowed him access to understand how a true luxury market operates, as well as understanding what drives the wants and needs of the clients it serves. In 2021, the firm achieved a record of +$4B in sales.

 

Andrew prides himself on his creative and discerning eye with a fascination for elegant and refined aspirational branding. He has worked alongside some of the top agents in the industry and is enthused to bring The Agency to Atlanta.

 

Outside of his mission to recruit Atlanta’s top talent, Andrew loves experiencing new restaurants and attending art galleries.

 

At home, Andrew can be found with his two rescue dogs, as well as his sons, Luke and Copper.
